Spotty Dog: I'm thirsty.
Spotty Dog: Also, i have to pee.
Spotty Dog: WAKE UP, I'M THIRSTY.
Kris: *erghblerarghwhut?*  *gets up, takes both dogs out*
Spotty Dog: Yay! *guzzles water*
Red Dog: *plots*
Kris: Okay.  Everyone good, and back in the crate?  Awesome.  i'm going back to sleep.

(fifteen minutes pass)

Red Dog: I have to pee.
Kris: *waking from a doze*  You what?  You just went out.  
Red Dog: I HAVE to PEE.
Kris: Fine.  *gets up, lets dogs out of crate, heads downstairs*
Red Dog: *hops into bed with Bryan and Laura*  Oh, what I meant was that I was lonely. Sorry.  My bad.
Kris: I...no, it's 5 am, I do not have enough brain to get into an argument with you, dog.  Fine.
Spotty Dog: Can I have up on your bed, lady?
Kris: ...sure.
Spotty Dog: *smug*
Red Dog: *snores*
