Ever since bowling on Sunday, my right shoulder and upper back have been awfully noisy. Not painful after the first couple of days, but noisy. All sorts of popping and clicking and crunching noises. So I finally went to the chiropractor today, who looked me over, thumped on me some, and said that my AC joint appeared to be having some issues. He moved stuff around, used an instrument that went pop pop pop along my clavicle, and then worked a bunch of popping out of my elbow and wrist on that side.
He told me to rest it tonight and not go work out, so no workout for me today. I have a workout planned for Sunday, so I'll do that then.
Strange, how the body gets out of balance. Strange how one joint out of whack can set off a chain or events that can lead to the whole body limping in circles like a cow with bad prions. We are all one piece.
