Okay, whoever said The Boot was difficult to sleep in was entirely correct. I woke up at 1 am this morning with my leg complaining at me, telling me that if I didn't let my toes point, my calf was going to start cramping like there was no tomorrow. And my knee was mad at me, too, which was odd--if I think about it and my normal sleeping position, it makes sense, but at 1 am it was a surprise.
I gave in and took off The Boot. Went right back to sleep after massaging the knots out of my calf and around my knee.
But! This morning, my foot barely hurt when I got out of bed. And I'm assuming that I'll be able to wear The Boot longer once I get used to it. But three hours was enough for last night.
( and in your TMI for the day... )
