Yes, this is what I was dressed as yesterday. Undead goth pirate. (You can't see the blue fairy skirt, stripey tights, and big boots, though. And yes, that's a temporary tattoo on my cheek--a neon pink skull and crossbones.)

LJ Brain Trust, local edition: lawyer recommendations?

I have a friend who needs to consult with a lawyer about a lease they need to get out of.  Local to the south end is good but not required, and someone good with contract law or rental law would be very good.
