Norwescon starts tomorrow!
I and my Clarion West classmate Randy Henderson (aka![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
quantumage ) will be reading tomorrow night in Cascade 6--as far as I know he's still planning on reading a funny superhero story, and I will be reading (part of) a creepy living statue story. Fun and games starts at 6pm and ends promptly at 7. I know very few people come to the con on Thursday, but if you're there you should totally show up.
I'm on something like four panels on Friday; my schedule is here. Come watch me put my linguist hat on!
Surprisingly, I'm not really nervous at all. One of the things that attending Clarion West did for me, I think, was to help me come to terms with my public persona as a writer. And, well, it's a nice boost to know that people who don't already know and love me think I'm not half bad at it. :)
I will be at both dances, likely, but I am officially Old and I'm staying off-site, so the revelry is likely to come to a close pretty early for me.
